Delivery Information

At Elite Hair Extensions, every bundle is bespoke and made to order, sourced directly from our suppliers to ensure the highest quality Russian hair reaches you. Because of this, please allow up to 21 working days for your order to be made, prepared, and dispatched.

We deliver UK-wide. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

At Elite Hair Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

14-Day Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Condition Requirements

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging. This applies to all weft and nano ring products.

Exchanges & Credit Notes

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as either:

An exchange for an alternative length or shade, subject to availability
A credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue, redeemable against any future Elite Hair Extensions purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
